Monext Mining was founded on the belief that Tanzania’s rich mineral resources should benefit Tanzanians first. Located in the historic Lupa Goldfields—one of Tanzania’s most promising gold-producing regions—we are building a new model for responsible, efficient, and profitable gold mining.
The Chunya region has a long history of gold production, yet much of its potential remains untapped due to limited access to modern technology and capital. Monext Mining changes that equation by bringing professional mining practices, advanced processing technology, and transparent operations to the region.
Our Approach
Unlike many small-scale operations that depend on external processors, Monext Mining controls the entire value chain—from underground extraction to gold recovery and refining support. This integration ensures quality control, maximizes recovery rates, and captures more value at every stage
Our underground mining operations utilize modern equipment including compressors, winches, drilling rigs, and safe shaft construction methods. We focus on high-grade quartz reef structures, applying geological expertise to target the richest ore bodies.
Our on-site CIP/CIL processing plant handles ore crushing, milling, cyanide leaching, and carbon adsorption. The loaded carbon is then transported to our elution facility for gold recovery, producing high-purity doré bars ready for market.
